Remember the PSP-3000 rumour that I posted a while ago? Well, consider it a rumour no more. Sony confirmed that the PSP-3000 is real at the Leipzig Games Convention last week. It is set to be released in North America on October 14th for $200. So, what sets it apart from the PSP-2000? A new screen that is better outdoors and glare-resistant, as well as a mic. Wow, that sounds fantastic. If you didn't get that, I was being sarcastic. It seems like a quick cash grab scheme and not an improvement over the original. I guess we'll see exactly what it has to offer when it is released here this fall.
