It's time for some not-so-surprising news. If you haven't heard already, Pokemon Gold & Silver are being revamped for the Nintendo DS, and are set to be released this fall. Originally released 9 years ago in North America on the Game Boy Color, the remakes, now titled Heart Gold and Soul Silver, are expected to, obviously, look better, play better, and of course have some new twists and turns to keep series veterans interested. This news isn't really shocking, considering the Pokemon series has been spitting out sequels and remakes for 13 years. Hopefully these remakes will have some redeeming qualities, or else we might just be seeing the downfall of the Pokemon series.
